Can you help me identify these autos from the early 1990's?

I was a kid when I got these and have no idea who these two autos are.  They are on a Junior Ortiz bat.  One could be Junior himself, but I can't tell.  We didn't document our bats that well when i got them, since I was usually alone, getting anyone's autograph I could.  It has HEC on the handle.  I think I got this in the early 90's at Spring Training near Orlando, FL.  Thank you in advance.

Second might be Tom Grieve, former Rangers player and GM.

tom grieve is correct.  the first one looks like Bucky Dent.

Bucky Dent was still in the Witness Protection Program in the early 1990's.  LOL
