Would need to see a better angle of the signature. Whether the ink has faded because of time, but it looks printed as part of the photo to me.

Hello Richard! Thanks again!
I think it is not printed. And an item that suffered wear time (1959).
I guess no one ever bothered to take care of this item (this being sold for only $ 10 by the seller).
"Nat King Cole" attempts to dedicate the "autograph" the Brothers Vitale (company responsible for printing this score).
"" Writes wrong and very tremulous letters (especially in T and N letters).

I like writing KING that looks like some things compared.

Follows also photo of Membership of Nat King Kole in Brazil that is exposed in the hotel he stayed (with a much safer and beautiful signature).

You were right. I asked the seller and he told me the autograph and printed with the photo.
