Any thoughts on this Joe DiMaggio?

Got this a few days ago on Ebay - The seller said it would pass either PSA/JSA authentication or the seller would refund the money back.

It is a Joe DiMaggio "Yankee Clipper" Plaque -- COA is from Scoreboard.

Youre better off buying a Joe D. With a PSA Letter. You can get them for $99-$150 if you look around. Dont waste your time with these other crap.
