Possible set of early Beatles before Ringo Starr Any thoughts guys?

Any possibility these are real?

May be a reproduction but I have never seen or heard of any document with Pete Best signature as well.  Any comments appreciated

They just sold the Beatles first recording contract signed by John...Paul...George...and Pete

last year. It sold for $93,750.
