I thought this might be cool. Tell what concerts you are going to see. Let us know if you liked or disliked the show. Maybe show a picture, autograph, guitar pick, drumstick, or a cool story .

I'd like to hear scouting reports from non biased fans on what the deal is before I shell it out.

I really wish they'd get Sorum and Gilby back.  I think we know what the deal is with Stradlin and Adler, so I would never even hold that expectation.

Yeah, would be nice to know what is going on. Even with the packages.

That's funny.

I'm sure it will be a big draw, but musically speaking, bleh.

I'm skipping Guns. I do want to see Peter Gabriel/Sting!

Guessing that might be a better bet.

Honestly, I'm kind of at the point where it's hard for me to shell it out for an older act when I can see a new, rising star for $20 - 30 (or less). After dropping $200 to see Guns lay an egg and paying $250 a couple years back to watch Tom Petty phone it in, that was kind of my final hurrah for overpriced older stars.

That being said, anyone will tell you that Bruce is still one of the best in the business. $150 for a floor ticket, while hardly a "bargain," is money well spent for entertainment.

Want to see Bruce also. Yeah these prices are out of control. just like the movies I wont splurge unless its a no brain winner. Saw Sting/Simon couple years ago and it was really good so I know with Gabriel it will be excellent. They might do each others songs and do some duets like with Simon.

It's sad when money and egos take over. Florence and the Machine is unreal live. I was in another dimension when I saw her a few years ago, and I only had lukewarm familiarity with her music the past few years.

I've been waiting for her to come back, but I think I might actually skip it.  I'm not paying a scalper for crap seats in the worst venue she could have possibly booked after basically giving Chicago the shaft last year. She needs new management and a new booking agent.

I agree it will be a huge draw. Im a huge fan and have waited on a reunion for a long time. This is total BS. Axl is screwing it all up again. It should have been offered to them for the classic lineup or nothing. I'm good with Sorum if Adler can't do it. I guess Slash and Duff are going to do it for the big paycheck. Not sure if I'll go or not. I read they are rehearsing now, of course Axl hasn't shown up. They are rehearsing some Chinese Democracy songs, Why? I've seen Slash and Myles a couple of times and really doubt this GNR can sound better than them. Slash should have taken the GNR members on the road with Myles. Called them FUAXL.

There were rumors of Adler and Izzy having some sort of involvement, but limited. But I haven't heard much followup. There's no way they trust Adler for anything beyond a cameo. I think, believe it or not, Axl feels committed to keeping the crew who've stuck by him the past decade plus. Fortus is kind of a shrug, Ferrer is the least interesting drummer the band's had and I still have no idea why Pittman's even there.

It was just so unsettling to see almost everything from Appetite fall completely flat when I saw them. I guess that's the difference between a real band working together to create music and a bunch of replacement parts.

I read that too Rich. A cameo is a slap in their face. This shouldnt be called a reunion. He's just filling a couple of open spots in his band with old members.

Watch Axl's modern Guns perform Nighttrain, then watch Slash do the same w/ Miles Kennedy. Gonna be interesting to see what happens.
