Destiny's Child signed cd

Ok guys, I'd really appreciate your opinion about the Destiny's Child signed cd in the attached picture.
I was going to buy that for a HUGE fan of DC, so I asked both PSA and Roger Epperson for their "quick opinion". PSA said "Likely not genuine", Roger said "I think it's fine".

Ouch. :-) 

So, what do you think?

Id lean towards fine but id go for another one just in case.
