Hello, I purchased this some time ago from a flea market, because I thought it was interesting. It also has some good songs on it. I would like to know if anyone knows anything about these types of 45 covers or labels. Any information is welcome!

Is it on the rca label?
Yes, it is. I just thought it was weird for it to have a blank cardboard cover with a serial number on it. The date on the added label is "August 5, 1959." I did some digging and found out that this date is when this single went gold.
More than likely been in a radio station.
They sell for 70 to 100 pounds usually.
That was my guess. Thank you for the information!
I could be mistaken i thought it was a 78rpm. Im not sure what the 45s go for.
Ah, no. It is a 45. I am guessing it was at one point used in a radio station or it was in someone's rather extensive collection. As it is labeled as "450353" so, I'm guessing that means it is the 353rd 45 in their collection or something along those lines.
