Mickey Mantle Autograph - live ink or photocopy.

hey there. just picked up this mantle autograph. The card itself is an obvious reprint but my concern is whether the auto is live or part of the reprint itself. My amateur investigation says it's legit. It there any definite method of saying for sure, WITHOUT using alcohol?

the signature will reflect light differently if it is part of the reprint, it will be obvious.

As Terrier said, it will reflect light differently. It's easiest to just grab a flashlight, aim it at the signature, then sorta tilt the card around and see if you get a different "glare" from the ink. It's sort of a metallic shine, but you should be able to notice the difference at the right angles. 

The signature is authentic, but it's impossible to tell if it's a reprint from a scan. Hope it's real for your sake!
