Usually the scribble to the right of the Q is connected to the descender, I've never seen a Tarantino sig with an ordinary (normal) descender from the Q separate from the scribble.

I'm just an amateur, so I'm not giving a verdict on authenticity, just my 5 cents.

There are a couple of PSA examples where the Q does not connect, but the cross of the T normally angles down instead of up.
