Well, it took four years, but I was FINALLY able to finish my Guns N' Roses guitar on this tour. Of course, it doesn't have Izzy Stradlin, but he's so reclusive I'll be lucky to ever get him. I decided to keep the signatures on this guitar to just the "classic" lineup from Appetite for Destruction. It's probably one of my absolute favorites from my collection - and all obtained in person by me, which means I have the cool stories and memories associated with every signature. If you get a chance to see the band on this tour somewhere in the world, you should definitely go. The show is amazing and these guys sound fantastic! Thanks for reading!

Lovely piece Devon, as Eric said the placement is superb and the quality and look of the sigs against the black background really is fantastic. Congrats.

Thanks Nate!  Very kind of you.

Dev, how much were the gunners tix in the states?
I like the fact Axl added rose .

We paid about $300/ticket for floor seats right behind the pit.

The tickets are pricey, there about 357.00 for seats behind the pit or a pack a extra 50 dollars.
One word: Fantastic!!!

Thanks Jan!!  Very kind of you.

very nice piece.  Hope you can get Izzy at some point.  That's cool that you got them all in person too.  I have a GnR signed guitar but I didn't get them myself, I had to buy it.  My GnR signed guitar was my first guitar, now I have 10 signed guitars.  They make great display pieces.  Congrats on your guitar and thanks for sharing it, I never get tired of looking at a nice signed guitar.

Thanks TW.  The stories of meeting all the guys and getting the guitar signed in person is part of the reason I enjoy it so much.  Those memories and pictures are priceless.  I also really enjoy signed guitars.  I collect in-person, and I've been able to meet many folks and get prized signed guitars since my very first one(BB King in 2003).  Just a quick question: how do you display your guitars?  I've been struggling for years on finding a way to display them that looks good but that also protects them.  Would appreciate any insight.

I have 6 of them in cases made by Display and Play.  I am not sure they are still in business though.  These in the pictures are all displayed in my office at work.  The vertical display cases are Display and Play.  The Horizontal one is just a cheaper wood display case I picked up off ebay.   The GnR guitar is sitting just above my computer monitor so that's what I see throughout the day.

Wow! Great collection TW! Those look fantastic! Are the display cases made with UV Plexiglass or just regular plexiglass? Also, how is the GNR guitar hanging in the case? Those look like leather straps...
