This has me confused, not the typical looking 90's signature. What do you guys think? It' close I think and would like other opinions before I buy. Thanks

I would avoid this one

100% fake.

Thanks guys, I should have known that it was not likely genuine. There's a company selling forgeries with a coa from Left Field that is showing based in Taiwan and After looking further in to this item I noticed that the listing is from California but also has the Left Field COA. I have been bargaining and for $89 I can buy the following signed photo. I do think this one is good but can I get an opinion on it before I do? I'm cautioned due to the seller receiving a feedback of a buyer stating that there item was fake.

No

No good.

There are so many legitimate signed 8x10’s on eBay for less money.  His signature is very consistent and most are on the same couple of photos.  They are starting to go up a little because his health is not good and he has more than doubled his price to sign.

Thanks, you guys are really saving me. Forgeries have gotten better and just when I think I'm getting better at making a determination then I find out I'm way off. I bought and just received this Jim Brown yesterday so can I get an opinion on it so that I can return it if its a forgery?

You’re good.

Thanks Steve, Due to the poor image quality I did return the photo. I found this one on History which I'm new to that site, do you have opinion on the signature please? I believe I have identified the 2 photo poses on ebay that you mentioned but I already have a photo in his 3 point stance which I have a nice frame with two 8x10 openings and I'm looking for another Jim Brown to display with it. I like the older poses.

Hi,

Not a fan of this signature.  I love the older photos too, but many times they are grainy, but this is a product of the quality of camera work from that era.  Up close they don’t look great like a modern photo, but from a few feet away, they look great.  Do you want a stand still pose, action photo?  What is your price range?

I'm looking for a pose that he isn't congested with other players. Could be stand still or action that is up close and basically has him alone. Light back ground so that the signature stands out. I'm leaning towards the uda 8x10 that's on ebay but I've held off because the signature isn't lined straight. I was gonna buy the 16x20 lacrosse photo that on ebay a couple days ago but someone beat me to it. I'm open on a price range depending on how I like it. If you have 1 available I'm interested in taking a look.

I generally don’t sell since most of my autographs are in person.  I like game action shots, many times with other players in the photo, a little different than you are looking for.  There is one particular photo I think you might like.  It comes up on eBay pretty often.  I will add it below.
