Is this Franklin Roosevelt autograph real?

Saw this on historyforsale.com.

Is the seal on the bottom left a strong indicator of authenticity? I asked them who is the authenticator for this item but they declined to give any answer. Do they have reliable experts for FDR autographs? 

Certainly Im looking for the most reliable authentication. Should I buy from them or presidential autograph experts like John Reznikoff or Andreas Wiemer?

FDR is highly difficult, because he had several secretaries. Especially with FDR I would never ever buy without having a renowned specialist's opinion. Ask Andreas Wiemer who is a member of this forum. By the way, HFS's prices are often over the top.

thanks for the feedback, I certainly agree that the reputation of the authenticator is the most important. Also considering buying from Andreas Wiemer.
So how about John Reznikoff? Is he also one of the top FDR experts?

In my opinion it's genuine.

It's interesting with regard to secretarial signed presidential documents/other.

According to RAAB collections FDR did have a secretary sign for on his behalf. But this creased when he became president. This is in contrast to later presidents like JFK. 

I agree with others that this sellers pricing is very high.

Odd that they will not disclose the identity.
