Signed Kobe Photo - Authentic?

I have an autographed Kobe photo that I received around 2005 or 2006 from a charity golf event.  I thought it had a COA somewhere but cannot locate it at the moment.  Just wondering if this looks authentic and if it would be possible/worth it to get it certified.  Thanks!

Just wanted to follow up - I found the CoA but it doesn’t look too promising.  Here it is:

I found that there is an actual Sportsman’s Gallery store, but it appear they specialize more in paintings than photography.  Still may reach out to them anyway.

Sadly this is just a piece of paper. The signature is not authentic IMO but see if you can get your money back
