Could this be Kobe?

I bought an autograph collection years ago that was primarily 1990's - early 2000's celebrities.  I was just looking through and found this card.  Could this be Kobe or someone else?

Parts of it definitely do look like Kobe's earlier signatures. On the fence still though

The K and the B look spot on to the psa example,  before I send it for authentication I just want to see if anyone thinks it's worthwhile.
