Probably a group of banking executives or shareholders -- a quick search for the date and name ties this to some kind of celebration event where a bank (Barclay`s) was celebrating the acquisition of ABN AMRO bank.

Another search pulled up an "Elles Steeghs", the project leader for ABN, which came up on a business profile page.
