Ulli,  Reading the certificate it certainly does not sound like something Roger would write or issue.  I think you should send him a picture of this certificate and ask him if he actually issued it.  I think someone has doctored one of his certificates and made this one to deceive prospective buyers.

Agreed, not a genuine COA, clearly a fake.
