I picked up this Sandy Koufax book and it looks like a personalized note from someone named Sandy.

thought it was a coincidence that it was signed by another person named Sandy. I know a Sandy Koufax has a beautiful signature that slants to the right and this writing is more upright.

I took a shot because I thought the note was cool and Sandy Koufax was from Brooklyn.
