The Authentic Experience
Brad Keselowski the hot young gun who will be driving the #2 Miller Lite Dodge for Penske racing in 2011 has long been thought of as one of the rising top stars in the NASCAR world.
Many people may not realize that Brad ( also known as BK12, and Special K ) has been an active driver in the top 3 NASCAR racing series since 2004 when he began racing in the Craftsman Truck Series. Brad's best and most famous move within racing came in 2007 when he was hired by Dale Earnhardt Jr. to drive the #88 Jr Motorsports Nationwide Series car.
Through his career Brad has raced his way to many memorable wins. Brad's 1st ( and currently only ) Sprint Cup victory came in 2009 at Talladega Speedway. This victory was a shrouded in controversy and filled with excitement as Brad clashed with Carl Edwards while racing with Carl, Ryan Newman, and Dale Earnhardt Jr. as they sprinted to the finish line. The resulting wreck was what many consider to be the most spectacular wreck in modern NASCAR history. Edward's car became airborne and demolished the safety fencing along the track. Several spectators were also injured by flying debris from the damaged car and catch fence. While Carl and Ryan Newman were wrecking, Brad was crossing the finish line and collecting his 1st Sprint Cup win for the underdog team of Phoenix Racing.
Even though he came out of Talladega as a winner, Brad started being seen as a no nonsense, tough as nails driver who refused to back down or be pushed around by the other drivers. This attitude has been a dividing line for both his fellow drivers and the fans. However, Brad is now known as one of the most popular drivers in NASCAR.
2010 was a banner year for Brad as he glided to the NASCAR Nationwide series Championship ( car owner Roger Penske's 1st major NASCAR title). while driving the #22 Discount Tire, Ruby Tuesday Dodge.
When it comes to Autographs, Brad is a moderately good signer. He is very willing to sign for fans when he has the time. However, since Brad usually races in more than one race per week, his signing time is very limited. Brad's signature for the most part has not changed much over the years in structure, but his rushed nature has created many variations with the flow and size of the autograph, below are the examples ( this study will mainly focus on Brad's Current signature and variations ):
1st I will start off with a known certified authentic autograph from Press Pass trading card's 2008 autograph set:

The next example is a 2010 signed Hero Card which comes directly from Penske Racing:

This last example is one that I have not seen for quite a while. I was able to get Brad to sign these even though he was very busy that day.
Brad Keselowski is truly the future of NASCAR. As with all top drivers, you will want to collect his autographs early. Once Brad fully takes off as a Sprint Cup Championship contender, the clamor for his autograph will increase ten-fold.
ENJOY!
