This past weekend's mail brought the autograph of former Florida State quarterback, Peter Tom Willis. Peter had one of the greatest seasons ever his senior year, passing for 3,124 yard and 20 touchdowns. These are by no means staggering numbers by today's standards, but back in 1989, they were enough to earn Peter All-American recognition.
I bought a set of 2009 Press Pass Game breakers at Pamida on MOnday. You got a set of 25 of the top NFL picks of that year and either an autograph or memorabilia card for $9.99. I pulled a signed card of Jeremiah Johnson #137/299.
Got the autograph of Stan Musial in the mail on Monday. Stan is a 1969 inductee of the Baseball Hall of Fame, and was a 24-time National League All-Star, and was the the National League MVP in 1943 and 1946.
Today's mail brought me the autograph of Pro Football Hall of Famer, Lawrence Taylor. Lawrence was one of the best pass rushing linebackers ever, amassing 132.5 sacks and 9 interceptions during his 13 year career. He was a 10-time Pro Bowl selection, 1981 NFL Rookie of the Year, 1986 NFL MVP, and helped the Giants win Super Bowl XXI and XXV.
Last week I was attending the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas and attended a private party where ex Eagles member Don Felder was the entertainment. I was able to get a couple of index cards signed by him. I also spotted Pro Football HOF quarterback Warren Moon and he signed a couple of index cards for me adding his playing #1 and HOF 06. I was probably the only one there who recognized him. I live by the Pro Football HOF and see him every year and have many autographs of his.
Today's mail brought me the autograph of International Boxing Hall of Famer, Gene Fullmer. Gene beat Sugar Ray Robinson for the World Middleweight title in 1957, and would go on to win the NBA World Middleweight in 1959, and would hold that title until 1962.

Picked up a few last minute items at one of my local Publix gorcery stores, and with the purchase of 15 Kraft products, I was able to get autographed 8x10s of Falcons players Ovie Mughelli, Todd McClure, and Corey Peters, courtesy of the Atlanta Falcons Tailgate Team.
