Hi, I'm sorry I don't have a definitive answer for you. I do want to warn you to be very careful though. He was not a good signer and there is probably not too much out there that is authentic (there will be a multitude of forgeries)! A fellow from Facebook RAAC club did just sell a check cut for 1500 . Good luck, this is the worst time to get one as he will be on the mind of others who will want one. I would wait, check auctions etc.

Like Ian, I agree you will get totally socked on price right now.   My advice is to WAIT.  Get one a few yrs from now when the market has settled down.  You are going to pay a LOT more right now than you would a few years from now.  Just my two cents.

Yes, be very careful. I saw a signed Prince 8x10 sell on eBay for over $1500 without a legit COA. I also saw a signed "Purple Rain" which looked terrible sell for more than $1500. They're coming out of the woodwork.

Authentic Prince autographs are going through the roof. As one of the greatest icons in music history coupled with the fact that he didn't sign much, his signature right now is valued close to an authentic Lennon. This original signed Purple Rain Tour guest pass measuring only 3.5 x 5 and JSA authenticated sold yesterday on eBay for $3,499.99. It is item number 141968502123 I also confirmed the final price on watchcount. Here is a picture below.
