That does not look like a 1940's signature style but later. That is fountain or ballpoint? Not sure what i think of this - need to eat.
Strikes me wrong. A lot of ink for such a light hand. Three or four odd areas. Not for me..
my grandfather was her attorney the amount of stuff we threw out is unbelivable.
I don't think this genuine - you John?
i have no clue i dont do actors. wish i could help .would too see stuff with my grandfathers name or address on it one day.,ive read it books and seen it on tv.
my grandfather just happend to be her attorney in the 60s ,he handled a lot of celebertis tons i dont even know off . some that were still alive and i got to talk to them about him ,like les paul rember him years after they finished so we talked every time i saw him so i was cool to sign what ever for me.
if some documents ever turned up i could authenticate them but ive never seen anything from him in 50 years .i know his stuff got destroyed and now im pissed but i was a kid and had no clue.
just a partial list ive been told , liza ,judy garland sammy davis ,tonny bennet, les paul and thats just the tip of it.but he passed away a long time ago.i used to to his office till was around 15 or 16 in nyc to say hi.had no clue.
Also sceptical, particularly the Judy part. I don't recall seeing an example of "Judy" quite like it. Best to look at the RR signature study and draw your own conclusions.
As with any autograph, I would keep it safe whatever the chances of it being "real" are.
