Having the phony inscription "NO 7" helped to convince the buyer to purchase this garbage.

Agreed! "A" cert is enough (well, any, if that), with no contact info often enough, no follow up on the graph, and no preliminary research in graph or seller. I took that in reverse as that is usually how it is done. "Uh...is is real" comes after the wallet is long closed way too many times.
