Authenticity aside, the first looks grainy and as a copy photo it looks so overcontrasted  - details of his white jacket are just blown out.  It has good placement and contrast and is a "classic pose", so I imagine folks will prefer the first. I kind of like the second - for me (not resale).

Thanks for your feedback.  Looking more for authenticity than placement & contrast.  I think both are pleasing to the eye!

I understand - that is more Pete's area with Connery.
"I think both are pleasing to the eye!" - yes, but I believe one will regularly sell for more over the other.

Placement and contrast are very important IMO. Same with an "attractive", "complete" or "rushed" signature. One can have "authentic" and "hideous" or "genuine but discounted"  - for many reasons. And subject also - as a little example, a photo of a guitarist playing his guitar will be more desirable to most than a photo of him playing cards.

I passed on these because they don't look Legit even at first glance and didn't even pursue other feedbacks. But my opinion means very little.

It's Pete that is needed here.

The Goldfinger shot is the better image, but the signature isn't Sean's.

I don't love the other signature either, but it is likely signed by Mr. Connery.

I agree with Pete, the gold finger photo signature is not real. The second looks a better signature, but I would pass on both.

Thanks for the feedback guys, how about these 2?

any thoughts on the last 2 Connerys I posted?

Hi - still looking for opinions on the last 2 Connerys I have in this thread, especially the last one, with Sean in white shirt and tie.  Thanks.  happy New Year to all!

Pete Chuka (or other Connery experts) , if you see this, can you please give your thoughts on the last Connery I posted?  Thanks

I am not an expert, but the first Sean Connery autograph appears to be atypical to me.  The second Sean Connery autograph appears to be pretty typical to me.

I have posted another Connery (black & white against car) for your opinions.  Thanks.
