Hello all,

I have an Acid Test Graduation cd cover signed by Ken Kesey and Ken Babbs.

Both signatures are quite squashed due to the area of space available. The Ken Kesey looks okay to me, but i can't seem to find an example of Babbs to compare mine to.

All help, comments and feedback greatly appreciated.

ive had both before.

you can find babs sigs on pranketsers stuff its out there.

in fact ive seen 3 or 4 in the last 6 months.

also u can try contacting zane kesey he might be able to he and he might have so,me babs examples

Not had Babs, but have had Kesey on Cuckoo's Nest - signed in a very different style with several different colored markers and with dots and decorations. I don't have a scan unfortunately and it is long gone.

Would love to witness that Cuckoo's piece, sounds amazing. Shame you no longer have it. Incidentally, i'm currently reading Sometimes A Great Notion. Gorgeous writing.

i can tell u personaly ive never seen a kesey like that if its real its really squished as ken has a great signiture

it has some elements that it could be real just rushed but nothig nice about it

ive seen tons off keseys

as i said check with zane

So, i took John's advice and contacted Zane Kesey and sent him a rather lengthy email and asked if he'd take a look at the autographs. He wss more than happy to take a look and offer his opinion. What a top bloke he is. Anyway, he thinks they're good and that's good enough for me!

The first autograph i posted wasn't particularly the prettiest and it proved a bit awkward to get verified authentic. However, after contacting Zane Kesey (Ken's son) he kindly checked it out and gave it the thumbs up.

This one looks much more typical, and i think it's okay.

Would still very much appreciate another eye or two and opinions from those in the know.
