I have another name, Al "The Aldgate Tiger" Phillips who boxed in the 30's, 40's & 50's and who died in 1999.

This suggests that the gloves were signed at a charity events which Al Phillips was attending.

I have just noticed that the gloves (Size 12oz) are different although the signatures look to be written in the main (But not all) with the same pen.

Maybe the charity event was held at a boxing gym and an up and coming boxer had a pair of different gloves (Same oz)

Any thoughts on the names or comments above would be well received.
