Last year I thought I found an amazing surprise online with an autographed lp from Queen. The seller hahappydays1976 had too many good reviews, so I bought a copy of Jazz which now, seems to be a scam. 

Now I regret it since I joined this forum. It's horrible how people do stuff like this to other collectors.

It's the Jacka$$ from New Jersey. Hes got multiple accounts on Ebay. Forges all his queen items and sells them all around the same price. Hes sold around 50 or more so far. Hes also got some accounts claiming to be in Arizona. I've spoken with Ebay about him and they ban him on one account and he just pops up with another within a few days. Heres a little tip: genuine Queen items will never ever (everrrr) be just a few hundred bucks. 

This guy has been a pain in my a$$ for a year now.

Some of his other Ebay accounts are/were Anarchydiscounts, sparkplug1966, musicmayhem2016, and atari26-9. Hes got a ton more and keeps changing the names and getting some removed and starting new ones, so it's never ending.

I have no idea, cause the guy dissapeared. But I would really like to get my money back.

I still have the payment order but Ebay is not a safe platform.

hola!  if you paid with paypal I think you have quite a number of months to dispute it.

Bought in september, 2017. Anyway in good condition and from releasing year.

The seller is a real scamer and its my failure. 

I wonder why Ebay allows people like this to "gain reputation".

Michelle is right. You have 180 days to open a dispute after the purchase. But you say that it was a year ago and I think it's too late...
