I don't think it's authentic. It shows characteristics that I believe are consistent with a forgery style.

The u looks funny
Normally the u in paul is more streched out and just about visible . I sure its fake also

 if a signature could have a face lift, - that would be what one would look like!!!

If it’s a fake, it’s not a bad attempt, though.  I’ve seen much worse.
