Authenticity is Everything
AutographLive will be buggy tonight while we test code we're developing for it. Everything should work fine within the next 3-5 hours.
(I wrote this at 7 PM PST.)
Anyone who could help? I just got hold of these two want to sell but need to know if it is real before I do:

This is Steve Zarelli's area surely - I am concerned about an Autopen. Pattern 5, 5A etc... Steve will know. It looks worrisome, but let Steve speak.
ask Steve Z for a quick opinion. There is a link to his site elsewhere on this page.
Here is the link to Mr. Zarelli's Quick Opinion. Well worth it.

Thanks Chris. He is the best when it comes to space authentication.
And well worth the $12.00.
Yes, if its not preprints it is well worth it :)
Any word on this?
If Lars submitted Steve's "Quick Opinion" request, he may want to keep it private.
I have not done that yet. I am considering sending them to an auction house for sale so then they will check it for me.
Yes, of course. I was just curious because the overlay I did seemed very close to the Armstrong Autopen pattern I used.
Three are both autopen. The Buzz is pattern 3. The Neil, I didn't look terribly closely, but appears to be a pattern 5B.
You can compare at: http://www.astroautopens.com
There may be slight variations, but that's not uncommon with astronaut autopens, depending on the pen, the medium being written on, placement, etc.
