Looks like the signature belongs to a Mr. Lun Wuuuuuuuuuuy if I had to guess, maybe active in the Pacific Theater.

Thanks to a book and manuscript collector who correctly identified the signature as that of British General Sir John B. Glubb, also known as Glubb Pasha.
