I believe this is authentic (wait for others to post their opinions). There are many examples of other prints signed online. These prints are from an original painting by the artist Vincent McKoy, and is a limited edition piece numbered out of 400. These prints were created by Adrian Grant. The piece should have included a letter from Grant, which states that he personally witnessed Michael Jackson sign these prints on June 17th, 2002 in London. The letter also states that of the 400 prints that were made, Michael Jackson only signed around 200.

I think Big Saturn is right. I don't know the signing but it looks like Michael Jackson to me.
