Since his accident in 2003, his signature has become much different than previous.  He has done some private signings and only prints his name now.  The card you are showing looks similar to others as have seen, but I cannot say for sure if this is authentic or not.  Please look at some others for comparison.

Met the guy at the 2016 MidAtlantic Nostalgia Convention. A lot of people there were complaining his autograph was worthless, but I watched him "sign" three photographs for me (mine and two for friends), and no one I ever witnessed worked harder to complete a signature. (He was in a great mood all the while, suggesting there were too many men getting autographs, asking for some women to stop by. ;) No personalization, but still I'm pretty proud to have him in my collection. (I mean, c'mon, James West...!   ;)

Found the "spy camera" folder I used (app on the phone that takes a photo every three seconds so I can document signings without making a big deal out of it), and while the photo isn't great, it shows Conrad using his non-dominant hand to sign the pics. For most, signing a name is trivial. This guy seriously works at it.
