Walt Disney signature opinion.

Hello.  I ran accross this at an antique store and I wanted to get your opinion on it.  The image is a modern reproduction, but I have heard Walt Signed a few mattes back in the day.  What do you think?  Thanks!

I have my doubts about this signature. Phil Sears is the best on Disney and offers quick opinions. His opinion is worth paying for.

It's not a bad attempt but it appears to be signed slowly. I'm with Joe W but I wouldn't spend the fees for Phil Sears unless you're pretty confident of its authenticity.
