Is there any way this is authentic? Has anyone heard of Reel Hollywood?

IT TOOK ONE HOUR....UNLIKELY TO BE AUTHENTIC.  The reason I needed this is this seller wants a 20% restocking fee.  Thanks again for all your help!

A 20% (or more sometimes!) "restocking fee" is never a good sign in my book. At least the seller won't be getting it. :)

Glad you used ther signature review option and also glad it only took an hour to get your results, but I’m truly sorry you went through this situation I hate being the bearer of bad news but the signatures look off to me and a few others on this forum as well, I have several dozen Stan lee signatures that I don’t mind letting go of, I’m not as cheap as eBay tho cause I value my signatures a bit more then other collectors, not that mines are worth more I’m  only saying I personally value my items more because each one of them i received has my hard work on Getting them, I remember I sold a Stan lee RDJ signed iron mask a few years ago and sold it for around $600 but I also took my items to psa so that any potential buyer would feel a bit more comfortable knowing that a reputable third party authentication company already gave it there sign of approval, I know for a fact I have many Stan Lees signed items and several of them are multi signed like the mask you were unfortunately the winner of,

Yes, Eric, that appears to be the seller.  Perhaps we can discuss the provenance of the Peter Mayhew and David Prowse autographs as well.  Not to mention, that beautiful autographed Forrest Gump movie poster.  Atypical.  Atypical.  Atypical.

Eric thanks for finding it I do believe this is the exact same piece she is referring to

She purchased more then one item from the seller and she also purchased a shadow box and I assume other items to frame it
