Hello to everyone!

I am beginner collector of autographs and think my first experience with it is not good. Couple months ago i found this eBay seller:

https://www.ebay.com/usr/charlotte-street-collectibles

I bought a few autographs at him.

First anxious moment was when i began to get from him "second chance offer" on item which i didnt win. I thought that the winner asked to cancel his order and I getting offer as previous bidder. But then i checked that i am getting "second chance" almost asap after auction's ending. And then i saw added message to second chance. Like he has another one on the same photo only autograph differs a little from listing photo.

Ok, second anxious: Every week he is listing about 2000 items. If we try to imagine that he has "another one" for second chance. So he has more than 2000 items per a week.

Third is all photos are in VERY GOOD condition! It looks like was printed a couple hours ago.

Then i google this store. And found real store in Canada with the same name. Only i am not sure belongs it to my eBay seller or not.

Currently i have not payed orders. And I am thinking already buy or not. Yes, in the begining i looked only rate of seller. It is 100% positive. And i trusted him. But now i found this site and found this subject here:

https://live.autographmagazine.com/forum/topics/autograph-dealer

Correct me if i am wrong but TC is talking about the same store? I know that my seller calls himself Billy too.

So my questions are:

1. Can i send request to cancel my orders because I am not sure already in him.

2. If you know him here as cheated seller, can i open dispute on eBay and ask money back for last order in spite of I leaved him positive rates.

Anyway I appreciate any thoughs from you.

Thank you! Cheers from Siberia :-)

UPDATE: Facebook page of Charlotte Street (from Ontario, Canada) said me that this is not their page on eBay!!!! See attached picture.

just reported an item to ebay. see what they do about it.....this guy has so much junk for sale too numerous to report.   however the one i reported is a "brian addams" yes this is the way he listed it when the item itself clearly shows bryan adams.....there is one bid for 2.99 and it ends in a day i believe..   what a joke.....makes me sick to see "TOP RATED SELLER" with 100 percent feedback beside his name.....so disgusted with ebay....it seems nothing that is authentic sells anymore so i have given up on this venue completely.....CHARLOTTE STREET COLLECTIBLES and many like him have taken over and as long as the bucks keep rolling in ebay loves them....

Yes, you are right. It seems like eBay closed their eyes and dont want to see scam-sellers. Very sad.

I can leave him first negative feedback but i would be happy to public link to here. But 80 symbols are not allow me do that. :( If i write just smth like a "fake autographs", i dont think it will work as well.

Also i have 100% rate too and i think this guy will put negative to me also.It would be very sad. In this case i will need to explain my 1 negative feedback in description to others sellers/buyers.

How do you reported to eBay? Maybe i will report them my story too.

thank goodness there is a platform like AML that lets people know about sellers like this..... this guy is also selling under another name  on ebay right now.... i cannot think of the name but i will post it as soon as possible...... i think the number  now is 7 different names he has sold under...i truly believe it will catch up to ebay eventually and i am so glad you discovered this scam artist before you lost  a great deal of money. remember you are thousands of miles from this character but i am perhaps 80 miles distance from him and know they are all one in the same seller pedalling junk. i know all the small towns he sells from and not a chance in hell there are that many dealers in these areas.... i would leave negative if you can as all this creep can do in return is block you which he will do. good riddance to him...

Be careful - I doubt you can leave a link in feedback!

Thanks for this discussion.
He has a 2Pac up today.

That is some good luck for this seller. It is also interesting that the seller is so kind to let them go so cheap on eBay instead of making thousands at a real auction house. He/she is in the giving spirit.

this guy has gone by so many names it would take me a day to dig them all up...perhaps the very first name he used some years ago might ring a bell with a number of you.....ROGER WRIGHT was the first time i encountered this guy based out of Cobourg Ont. Canada  and is just 100 miles from me....he was finally removed from ebay so he moved his business to peterboro ont.....80 miles from cobourg and has continued to move about with a new name each time.... I am simply amazed he is still going strong.......

Oh yes that's true

This seller is a scam. He has sold the same Alex North signed Dragonslayer photo like 20 times. I bought one when he first listed the item then as soon as I bought it he listed another one with a slighly different signature. I told him I wanted my money back and suspected fraud since Alex North in 1991. After fighting with him I got my refund. Now, it is unable to reach him by email so I can call him out. I reported the auction to Ebay, but nothing will be done.
