I think it depends on the specific collector. For me, very little added value over a Paul signature with inscription.  But someone that collects Beatles signatures signed by one would place a higher value.

The last one from RR sold for about $2K with a Tracks LOA. The highest amount I’ve seen one sell for is $5,100.

it'll be hard to find something signed by all 4 for under 3K. buy now before ringo and paul pass away. when those two are gone expect pieces to start at 10K
