Definitely not real IMO. Purchased with PayPal Goods and Services in the last 6 months? If so you're covered. You may be covered by your credit card, too, if you used that. PayPal is the best protection around. Well worth the 3%.
Thanks Steve. What makes you think it’s not authentic?
Thanks
Actually, I found a few certified on-the-fly signatures that are close that I haven't seen before. It could be OK, but it looked clearly bad to me, and I've seen a lot of Tigers, sorry. I'd get a quick opinion from a good TPA.
Did the TPA or whomever actually place their sticker on-top of part of the signature?
Edit: I stand corrected, apparently his authenticated signatures can differ quite a bit from the UDA ones.
Mark, PSA/DNA has a lot of signatures in their Tiger Woods Autograph Facts.
M., look at these too if you want.

Don't rely on their exemplars alone though. I'd go to PSA or BAS, which I prefer right now, for an online opinion for $10.
Turn around online is usually a few hours or less. That doesn’t look like yours in my opinion.
I've been studying Tiger since 2001, so almost 20 years experience. In my opinion this is not authentic. The letter proportion is off. Formation is totally wrong in all areas of the signature. Stutter at the bottom of the "T", stuttering and an extra stroke at the bottom of the "W". The forger didn't do his homework, he copied styles of Tigers early signature with his later signature. You can opt to get a third party authenticator to look at it, but I'm 100% on this one. Even if by some chance a TPA gave it a thumbs up via email scan, I still wouldn't think it was authentic. It's not Tiger's handwriting, unfortunately. My recommendation is Bob Zafian. He's one of the best Tiger authenticators out there. Good luck with what you decide and sorry for the bad news.
Harald,
Thanks for your input. Mind checking out the Tiger PSA/DNA Autograph Facts link and telling us what you think of the on-the-fly autographs?
I look at Tiger fairly often but nowhere near as often as someone like you or a TPA that authenticate him. I've heard of Bob Zafian but never checked him out.
All the examples I've seen on the PSADNA site are authentic. The one the OP posted is not authentic though. The more I look at it, the more wrong I see. That "d" in his last name being open like that is something he just never does, with the exception of someone bumping his arm while signing, which is usually easily to spot. In this case, it's done deliberately, and just not right.
Zafian is great. If I'm not mistaken, has also opined for big name TPA's in the past. I'm yet to see a bad Woods that Zafian gave a thumbs up on. Zafian co-owned Green Jacket auctions, until a lawsuit regarding the name "Green Jacket" made them change name. He now operates Golden Age Golf Auctions. That would be a good place to start if the OP doesn't want to take my advice.
That's an autopen signature that his people give out for TTM requests. I got sent one as well a while back. I wiped it off and had him sign it in person.
Below is another example of the autopen. They use the same one every time. His IP signature isn't that slowly done and he doesn't form every letter in his name.
Here is my in person signature
