It is difficult to tell at that size and angle, but my gut says no to this one.

This signature appears to be on a ticket stub from the February-March 1978 Japanese tour that produced the Bob Dylan at Budokan live album.  I’ve seen legitimate autographs from the same period, and this one doesn’t look quite right, to me.  But, as I say, it’s a difficult call given the image presented.
