Many movie and television stars appeared as guest stars (though never called that on the show) on TAGS. Among the stars that were on the show were Buddy Ebsen, Charlie Ruggles, Edgar Buchanan, Everett Sloane, Alan Hale, Jr., Bob Denver, John Dehner, Jack Albertson, Leon Ames, and many others who appeared as "guest stars" on an episode of TAGS. Elsewhere I think in the comment section I have my Jack Nicholson autograph. I am not including him here because he was in two episodes.

DORIS DOWLING (1923-2004) is perhaps best known from the classic 1945 Ray Milland movie The Lost Weekend. It was one of her earliest performances and a fine one but it did not make her career sky rocket. Her next role was in the Alan Ladd mystery The Blue Dahalia in 1946. Later she had a role in Orson Welle's movie Othello in 1951. She appeared in many television shows such as One Step Beyond, Alfred Hitchcock Presents, Have Gun Will Travel, Kojak, Barnaby Jones, Wonder Woman and many more. She appeared on the TAGS episode "Floyd the Gay Blade" as Floyd's penpal love interest. The is a white index card from the 1960s:
I have a few cards from this very good collection, but the person who owned them before me loved to play with an airbrushing tool to cover over the inscriptions. It still drives me nuts. This one was obvious, but one I bought I did not realize it was airbrushed until I saw it in person.
Scott, I still enjoy watching One Step Beyond; it's Prime.
I love One Step Beyond, Outer Limits, Twilight Zone, Lights Out, Boris Karloff's Thriller, and all those type of shows. I like a lot of Night Gallery too.
VITO SCOTTI (1918-1996) perhaps best known as Nazorine in THE GODFATHER and his many television roles. There were six episodes of Columbo. Scotti appeared in four episodes of The Addams Family, Gunsmoke and Gilligan's Island more than any other guest star. He did two episodes each of The Twilight Zone, The Munsters, Batman and The Golden Girls. He was always memorable in any show he did including Bewitched, The Dick Van Dyke Show, The Odd Couple and many more. While not really rare his autograph is uncommon. This is from a large album page with many other signatures including the "pink" Jesse White I have posted in this discussion.
Awesome autograph, Scott.
Remember Vito in the movie "Von Ryan's Express."
My favorite character of him in the various Columbo episodes was him playing a whino in the episode "Negative Reaction."
Thank you Christopher! Oh that is right I loved "Von Ryan's Express" that and
"The Manchurian Candidate" He was always good in whatever he did. He was also in my second favorite Columbo episode "Any Old Port in a Storm." I also forgot to say that he was in the TAGS episode "The Gypsies" along with Jamie Farr.
Yep, the episode with Donald Pleasance (another great actor).
Oh, Donald Pleasence. I felt such empathy with his character when he went blind in The Great Escape and was trying to convince James Garner he could see that pin by the door across the room. Who is alive from that film of the Paul Brickhill novel?
How could anyone not love Donald Pleasance as Dr. Loomis in the Halloween movies.
He made that believable (not easy!)!
