What exactly is "an authentic reprint"?

While perusing autographs on eBay, I routinely see the phrase "authentic reprint."

Talk about double talk!

I guess it is a step up from the reprint sellers who have reprinted signed photos that feature a fake autograph.

These bottom feeding pests should be wiped out. Selling cheap reprints of signed photos they steal off the internet.
