Yes, they provided 2 separate tracking numbers in two separate emails for my 1 order, and both listed that items in that order included the vinyl and litho. So it’s confusing because you don’t know which is coming on a particular tracking number. My vinyl came first but the litho was just a day later. Hopefully everyone else will have both of their shipments in hand in the next few days

Thats great, congrats on being the 1st while most of ours still haven't reached usps yet. This is a much bigger and nicer signature than the example they gave on the website. Was this signed in graphite?

Thank you! I guess being located near the music labels has its perks. Yes, I was glad to see that it is a good sized signature and mine appears to be in graphite. They packaged it nicely with brown paper on both sides of the litho and in a sturdy tube

Is it really 25x25?  Seems like that is the size of a sound waves art print.

It is 25x25 as promised

I just received my LP this morning.  Not only is the signed litho not included....the enclosed invoice states only the LP in the Item Description at a cost of $27.37.  My Order Confirmation notice of April 12 states LP + Signed Litho for a total of $136.84.  So, none of it seems to match.  I have sent an email to Customer Service.

They are definitely shipping the prints separately, you should have received tracking numbers for both the album and print.

Tracking for my print (or prints, still don’t know as their customer service is useless) still shows no movement. Customer service has stopped responding to me lol

If you received the LP already did your invoice also mention the print?  If not, what price was your LP invoiced at?

Lovely signature!

I may not be the best person to answer that as my orders are a mess but yes, the 2 albums I ordered and received both had packing slips for the LP only as you describe. No mention of litho or the full cost.

(I also received a third album that I did not order, which had a packing slip for a litho at $0- but that’s my own issue that I’m trying to resolve to no avail lol)

Up until just a few minutes ago, there was no sign of even being accepted by usps... Just now tracking was updated for one of my lithos out of the blue showing that its already near me. Apparently it was moving all along. Theres a chance it will be delivered tomorrow but most likely Monday.. very strange. They must not have scanned these when they were accepted

Thanks for sharing, I assume still no movement on your other litho tracking?

I finally heard back from someone late today who reassured me that I am receiving both of my lithos…was supposed to let me know if they were both in the one shipment or not. I am assuming they are.

I had assumed they were moving too and just not scanned in. Mine still hasn’t updated yet which is weird since I’m not far from Nashville. I have a feeling it will update soon for delivery by next day.
