$50??? Is TSL getting greedy? I don't know who this is but I check almost everything out that gets posted here. Like I said clueless on this guy and this may very well be worth it to a lot of collectors. But seems pretty high for a single disc.

it doesn't say it but the picture looks like 2 Lps, I'm not familiar either but I've seen others on here talking about him in the past. I think he's either won or been nominated for a bunch of awards

His last album won the grammy last year for album of the year(I have a signed copy). The guy is actually huge, stunned that some in here have no idea who he is :(

I am blind. For some reason I thought it was a cd version.
As for never hearing of him before I don't know why someone would be stunned. I have never heard of probably 75% of what gets posted on here. And I am sure I am not alone. I listen to hard rock. I don't watch awards shows of celebrities patting each other on the back. But I still respect the fact that there are a lot of talented people out there but they just aren't in my immediate radar. I have actually learned of a lot of artists like Mr. Batiste from here. Even bought a few things outside of my comfort zone but usually keep those in the $20/25 range.

yeah, I was wondering why you were so aggravated because the price is pretty acceptable for vinyl if you're a fan, so I figured you read it wrong lol, and I also listen to Hard Rock and don't know who probably half of what's posted here are, I've heard of Jon Batiste but it's not my kind of music so I know very little about it. I know I've seen enough discussion on here about him in the past to know that many would be into it which is why I posted it but we all have our own tastes

FWIW I also got the New Found Glory signed poster ($6.99) and Art Alexakis ($9.99) posters with the Jon Batiste CD from Looney Tunes. $6.99 for slow shipping option. Was $4.99 just for the Batiste CD.

There was a signing at Amoeba Records and Batiste left behind signed LPs. Shipping is free and he signed them directly on the sleeve -- not a print.
