With this name, that look of that ink on the older (degraded) sized paper, that FDC and the content I would bet forgery.

I don't like the look of that cachet.  It looks like a modern addition.  The images and type-style do not have the look of a vintage cachet.  

And I don't particularly like the pen, either.
