ACOA's website shows Roland as one of their experts. If you were buying an autograph and didn't know who the TPA was wouldn't you go to the TPA's site to learn more about them? Roland and their other experts are displayed on there, plain as day.

What did Roland do wrong? And BTW, I didn't know anything about him before your post.d

No i wouldn't . He wasn't transparent, that's what he did wrong. He also doesn't accept returns so if you discovered this information after purchase you aren't entitled to a refund.

Why wouldn't you mention that you are a

consultant with ACOA. That would be a great selling tool on eBay. 

All this raises more questions.

I agree there should be another thread regards TPA conflict of interest.

Regards Roger's mistake. I've answered that above. The auction house was Omega and it was about four years ago.
