One question.. I got my signed book through Live Talks online event (with Jamie Lee Curtis). I watched the "show", quite entertaining.
Does anybody know if there is a way to download this Live Talks video ? I could not find a tool working for this (tried Jdownloader, Video Downhelper and HD Video Converter Factory, but nothing worked...) ?

Well that was a total letdown.
Booksamillion did eventually send my two copies of Arnie's book. Delivered to MyUS (the reshipper I have previously reliably used). USPS shows it was delivered. MyUS are claiming that they never received them (even though their own tracking states they have it) and their customer service is absolutely the worst I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Very unhelpful. Someone at MyUS obviously wanted the books more than me. I am resigned to the fact that I will never see these books and I am out of pocket by $60USD.
anyone got any tips on a reliable reshipper. I am in the market for a new one!

I'm in the UK and use Stackry, i'm on my 98th delivery with them, they did lose one shipment 14 months ago but it turned up 2 weeks ago, so they have a 100% success record! They are pretty cheap too!

Thanks for the tip and Yes please for the code. I will set up an account with them. I will never use MyUS again, even if the books eventually turn up. Zero customer service and I don't have the spare time to be dicked around as much as I have been over the last couple of weeks.

No worries! I sent the link in a friend request, they recently added a few different delivery options, some are cheaper than others, I've used pretty much all of them, delivery times range from 3 days to 2 weeks and 14 months (once!)
The customer service is really good, they always reply quickly and the one parcel that did go missing, both the Managing Director and CEO got involved with sorting out!

Planet Express though I've only used them twice so far I have an Arnie book that should be heading to them today.
They have multiple US sites available and always on the day it arrives take photos of the package and the weight and offer a range of shipping options. I always choose the cheapest option + insurance which isn't much extra £2-3 for anything sub £30 spend.
I get the forwarded packages within a week or two at the most and use a fully tracked non USPS service.

Im still waiting too. The event page said they would ship one week after the event, but nothing yet.

They usually say a week and it's usually more like 2. I'm guessing they had a lot of orders for this. I'm betting they go out in the next few days.

I hope so because the address I have it sent to closes for good in a month in the US to forward to the UK and I don't know if its to late to change my address for the book to be sent out to.

It's two weeks now and still nothings happeend I only have 21 days for it to arrive to the US address otherwise it is lost and I will never get it as the companies address is moving at the end of the month for good. I emailed the store that sold the signed book experience a week ago and no reply.
