I sent them an email last week when the first pics surfaced. My order hadn't shipped yet. Yesterday I received a full refund.

I just received mine today. Same problem as expected. I haven't had a reply yet but based on your response, probably going to have to claim thru PayPal for the easiest way. If you didn't pay with PayPal, try emailing again, link this thread and others from Reddit and social media. Demand they send a return label. If they still refuse, go through PayPal or the bank of whatever card you used.

When I went through this with Dolly Parton's "signed" book, it was past the 90 days on my credit card. The support on this website was wonderful. After the long discussions and getting nowhere with Chronicles even with pictures and proof, I opened a "dispute" on my credit card with the merchant. Credit card refunded the $350 after they investigated the issue (proof with pictures and documentation) and a paid label from Chronicles. The credit card wants you as their loyal customer so of course they will favor you.
I agree we need to send a message that fraud should never be condoned. I have not had any experience with Paypal, but that is linked to your credit card or debit card so the same would apply.

UMG is being difficult on these, I’ve gotten the same “it’s real” response from customer service. I think this crap needs to stop, and we should try to get media involved again if anyone has any contacts from the Bob Dylan thing. Hopefully anyone with the same problem will contribute to this post. I'm sure there are a lot of people out there out there who are monitoring responses, waiting for us to figure out the best way to handle this. Sadly, the only way media would ever get involved is if there is a larger demand for justice. Bob Dylan was a huge event which caught the Medias attention. in their eyes, this is peanuts compared to Dylan at this point. If more people post on here and on social media in general, maybe it will make a difference. I just don't see this taking off at this point. If there is anyone out there who also purchased with the same delima, please contribute so you are heard. If for anything, to make sure UMG knows we won't stand for this
