The first one is definitely fake. The Harvey one could be good but I am a little suspicious.

The first one is yet another Mike Munns fake with a lifetime cert that he'll never honor. Yea not sure on the 2nd one either, tis why I posted it.  I've seen a couple of checks that don't resemble either.  Thanks.

The first one is an obvious and horrid fake.

The second one is a style I have always been suspicious of. The messy and smashed together "James" is one of the traits of this style.

I can't say for sure, but I wouldn't touch it.
