I think you guys need to get on the ball and know exactly what you are offering to your customers.. otherwise face continuous issues like this. Especially since we have to pay inflated shipping prices AND an extra processing fees

Its messed up how their marketing a connection with the artist.. they film videos interviewing these people. It would take an extra minute to ask them to hold up an example of the autographed item they are offering.. as a company selling these products, you would think it would be the 1st thing they would think to do.. Advertise your darn product that you are selling...

Ridiculous. If we are buying the cd or vinyl alone, I'd rather buy on Amazon with an actual return policy.. Rock and roll channel believes these items are free add ons, but we are ONLY buying from them specifically for the autograph.. its all we care about. Its why we put up with their inflated costs. Most people would be happy to pay their fees if we could see the actual product we are buying
