It generally looks good.  I'm not an expert on him but I do have his signature.  I don't think he's a high value target for forgers.

I'd agree that it generally looks good...and agree as well that he's not a temptation for forgers!   Could possibly have been signed on his behalf through his office.

Well, I have to eat my words. I'm pleasantly surprised I got two responses. 

I did check out HFS's Kefauver selections for comparison. 

There are a couple of Kefauver items on eBay. 

I agree, anyone wanting to forge Kefauver is definitely "out of the loop."
