John Lennon & Yoko Ono Signed Photo, Real?

I am looking for advice on this photo. Facebook people liked it and suggested I go here. PSA, Epperson and RR Auction don't like it. My friend  in Germany, a respected authenticator and record collector , says it is good. I have been dealing with him for 20 years and he has been right far more than he is wrong.
