Does it have to be from the 1950? There's a Joe Baker who plays the guitar currently.
I'm guessing the other names read Cyril Scott and Mickey Bamber but the three names aren't tied together in a search I did.
Your main man here is British boogie-woogie jazz pianist, Cyril Scutt (not Scott). He wasn’t a major star, but he did play in jazz clubs across southern England in the 1950s.
And he’s still alive!

Ta for help. both of you. It would be good if they could all tie up in early 1950s. The sig on the other side which is what I am interested in has 1952 written on it. However, it looks a much later sig than 1952 altho I believe it to genuine and the 3 sigs of the musicians also look genuine but I cant think of where all 4 of them could have met. I will have to do some more thinking.
